The Chamber administers multiple events and several internal initiatives each year and many of these activities rely on our community members.

We couldn’t do it without them. The Chamber administers multiple events and several internal initiatives each year and many of them rely on the energy, dedication and contributions of their respective committees. The energy between the below committees and the Chamber staff are what makes things happen. The only requirement to be a Chamber committee member is a Chamber membership. If you are interested in contributing to any of our committees, please contact the Chamber and we’ll get you going.

Membership

Is to assist in the attraction and retention of Chamber members and to encourage volunteer involvement.

Auction

Is responsible for organizing the fundraiser auction and raffle.

Ambassadors

Is the goodwill and social arm of the Chamber. Ambassadors assist with grand openings, welcoming new businesses or assisting existing businesses.

Brew Up Wine Down

Is responsible for organizing the annual beer tasting event.

Education

Works with the North Scott School District to bring students and businesses together.

Hometown Holiday

Is responsible for organizing the holiday recipe walk which includes Santa, sleigh rides, carolers and more

Board Member

Get active and involved with the Chamber and take and active role in developing the Chamber for the future.

Golf Outing

Plans and holds the Chamber’s Annual Golf Outing. Committee members are responsible for scheduling the event, including the prizes, fundraising and coordination of all activities.
