member engagement coordinator
Heather Khoury joined the Chamber as our Member Engagement Coordinator in January 2020. Heather grew up in this community and has twenty years of experience in radio and television advertising/promotions. She took several years off to raise her two girls, both North Scott Lancers, before joining us. Heather is eager to refresh our Chamber with new members and new ideas, thus making this community an even better place to work, live and raise a family.
Daron Oberbroeckling is an Assistant Vice President, Loan Officer with First Trust and Savings Bank in the Eldridge Branch. When Daron isn’t working for his clients you can find him out in the field farming, cheering on the ISU Cyclones, or hanging out with his family. Daron is looking forward to being involved in the North Scott community and has a desire to help make this area an even better place to live…work…and play! He is always open for new ideas or suggestions! Say Hi to Daron next time you see him out!

Her true passion is supporting the North Scott community and is excited to see each community grow to their fullest potential. She is married to her wife Holly, and they have three beautiful children, Kaidence, Kadison and Kashel. Monica is the new State Farm agent in Eldridge, and has loved getting to know everyone so far. She and her team are dedicated to being a good neighbor and giving back to the community so she hopes to be a very active participant on the Chamber board so we can help our businesses and support local growth for all!
Monica will marry her fiancé, Ryley, this November, and they have a newly blended family with five children- Callan (15), Liam (11), Rosalind (9), Ryker (8), and Colton (6). All of their children are very actively involved in sports, academics, and fine arts, so most of their free time is spent cheering them on at different events.
Monica looks forward to meeting everyone and getting a chance to work together for the betterment of our community, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything!
