DEANNA
VALLIERE

Deanna joined the Chamber in April 2026. She was born in Maquoketa, Iowa and grew up in Pasadena, Texas, returning to the Quad Cities community in 2003.  The past twelve years, she and her husband, John, have lived in Eldridge.  She has a background in hospitality, tourism and Chambers of Commerce, where she has held various management positions.   Shopping local and supporting local businesses is a true passion and she loves helping people connect.  When not working, she enjoys spending time with family (and dog Baz) and friends, golfing, reading and traveling.

Stephanie Eads joined the Chamber in May 2026. 

MONICA
HURSEY

Monica owns and operates her own State Farm agency in downtown Eldridge, and has loved getting to know everyone since opening her business. She and her team are dedicated to being “good neighbors” and giving back to the community. In her short time in the NS community Monica has become very active in the Chamber o Commerce, NS Rotary Club, the North Scott Music Boosters and more!

Monica is mom to  Callan, Liam, and Rosalind. Her kids are active in sports, academics, and fine arts…so most of Monica’s free time is spent cheering them on at various events.

Monica looks forward to meeting other Chamber members and getting a chance to work together for the betterment of the community.

CHAD
ULRICH

Chad Ulrich lives with his wife and three lovely daughters in Long Grove, where he serves on the City Council. Chad is active in many endeavors in the community like Junior Achievement, NS Athletic Boosters, and the Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, you will likely find Chad at the gym. Chad has recently become Vice president/Commercial Loan Officer at CBI Bank &Trust in Bettendorf. With twenty plus years in commercial banking, and a friendly can-do attitude perhaps Chad can help you in your next venture.

LORA
DIERICKX

Lora was born and raised in Boone, IA and graduated from DMACC in Boone, IA with an Associates Degree in Business in 1986. She then graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 1989. While in college, she married her husband Pat in 1988 and just celebrated 36 years of marriage. They have three children and five grandchildren. Lora has been working in Accounting for 40+ years (since High School).

She owns and operates Pride of the Wapsi LLC with her husband and their children for 21 annual seasons. They hire between 20-40 part-time employees per year and are proud to have a yearly attendance at the farm between 15-20k people, if the weather and life cooperates including annual Sunflower Festival and Pumpkin Patch/Corn Maize. They have many future ideas for “agritainment”.

Lora has been an active member in the North Scott area for several years, volunteering at St Ann’s Church, NS FFA Alumni, 4-H, Little League, Scott County Pork Producers, Long Grove Civic League, and local Farmers Markets. They are blessed to call North Scott and Long Grove home

BETHANY
LUSTER-REED

Bethany was born in Waukon, Iowa and grew up in NE Iowa/SW Wisconsin. She spent 2009-2011 as the Director of the McGregor-Marquette Chamber of Commerce, so we are happy to have her previous Chamber experience on our Board of Directors. She graduated from Capri College and has worked as a cosmetologist in Eldridge since 2015, before becoming the proud owner of Men-Tality Barber Shop in 2018. The welcoming and lively gang at Men-Tality often see more than 200 friendly faces in their chairs each week. Bethany is the proud mom of a two young-adult sons and a sweet kindergarten aged daughter, who keep her very busy.

Kari grew up in Durant, IA and graduated from Simpson College. She has called Eldridge home for over 20 years, along with her husband Chet and their 3 children; Karson lives and works in West Des Moines, Kira is attending the University of Iowa and Kellen is a freshman at NSHS. Now that her children are getting older, Kari has more time to volunteer in our community and is excited to be more involved in the Chamber! Kari is also the Vice President of Lancer Legacy and a Director of the North Scott Athletic Boosters. She is the proud owner of KLD Insurance Consultants where she spends her days helping local businesses with their employee’s medical benefits.

Bindrum

KENNY SCHROEDER

North Scott resident, Kenny Schroeder lives in Eldridge, is married to Stephanie, and has three children and two Siamese cats. Two of Kenny’s children are currently in Iowa City and one is still at home.  Kenny has worked for Hy-Vee for over 23 years.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with family-especially golfing, hiking, beaching, and kayaking.  A few years ago, Kenny also started skateboarding!  Kenny’s family loves taking trips to enjoy nature-especially to Indiana and Michigan.  Kenny brings the creativity and fun to the Chamber Board and can always be counted on to build whatever is needed for the next event!

 

GRACE MERSCHMAN

Grace was born and raised in the Quad Cities. After graduating from UNI and spending many years in Louisiana, she now resides in Park View with her husband and 3 children, Joey, Harper and Taysom. Grace is currently the Loan Office Manager/Assistant Vice President at First Trust and Savings Bank at their local Eldridge branch. She has over a decade of banking and lending experience. 
When Grace isn’t working, you can usually find her at her children’s sporting events and practices. She volunteers with Junior Achievement at the local schools.  She is also active in her children’s schools PTA and is really looking forward to continuing to help volunteer in the North Scott community and be even more involved in the Chamber!
